PROMOTION TERMS

Introductory provisions:

1. The Promoter is GT52 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (60-311) at ul. Grunwaldzka 52, NIP: 779-255-98-89,

Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation in the Promotion and the provision of data related to participation is voluntary
2. The promotion consists in granting a discount from the regular price by the Organizer.
3. The discounted service price applies to only one selected service.
4. Promotions and discounts granted by the Organizer as part of other promotional campaigns cannot be combined.
5. The discount cannot be exchanged for a cash or in-kind equivalent.
6. The 20% birthday discount is valid for one month from the day of the birthday.
7. The discount cannot be used for aesthetic medicine treatments or permanent make-up services. In addition, for injection treatments (Mesotherm, Vital Injector, Tissue Stimulators, Demapen).
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of the promotion without giving reasons at any time.
9. Cancellations or changes do not apply to promotions purchased (e.g. passes, gift vouchers) during their validity period.
10. Treatments / Promotional Passes can be used to purchase cosmetic services sold in the Good Time Day SPA Salon Poznań.
11. Promotions do not apply to beauty services paid for with gift vouchers.
12. Once purchased, the promotion can only be used during its validity period. No cashback or lost benefits will be given to unused promotions, including promotional passes, promotional discounts.
13. Cosmetic services are finalized at a promotional price.
14. The promotion is addressed to the Store’s customers who are consumers.
15. In connection with participation in the Promotion, personal data of natural persons are processed within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the adoption of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) “GDPR”. The Organizer is the administrator of personal data.
16. The Organizer takes all necessary actions required by the provisions of the GDPR as well as by national regulations in order to ensure an appropriate level of protection of the personal data processed. In particular, it shall apply the security measures referred to in 32 et seq. GDPR. Detailed information on the principles of personal data processing is included in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
17. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of the rules of the promotion contained in these Terms and Conditions and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the provision of services published on the https://goodtimemedicalspa.pl/regulaminy/ website and available in the Organizer’s showroom.

Complaint procedure

1. Any complaints regarding the manner in which the Promotion is conducted should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: recepcja@goodtimemedicalspa.pl or by post to the Organizer’s address provided above.
2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days, and the Participant will be notified of the manner of handling the complaint by phone, e-mail or in writing by registered mail.
3. >Any dispute arising in connection with this Promotion will be resolved amicably by the Promoter and the Entrant.

Final provisions

2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving any reason or to terminate the Promotion before the suggested end date by posting written notice in the lounge or on the website, without affecting the rights acquired by the Promotion Participants
3. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the day following their publication.
4. Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Service published on the https://goodtimemedicalspa.pl/regulaminy website and generally applicable laws.
